The MP3V5004G series piezoresistive transducer is a cutting-edge monolithic silicon pressure sensor designed for a wide range of applications that require A/D inputs from a microcontroller or microprocessor. To provide a precise, high-level analog output signal proportional to applied pressure, this sensor combines an exceptionally sensitive implanted strain gauge with modern micromachining techniques, thin-film metallization, and bipolar processing.
