The Texas Instruments PCA9546ARGVR is a quad-channel I2C switch that enables multiple voltage supplies to switch between I2C bus applications. The PCA9546ARGVR is a highly integrated bidirectional channel switch that features four independently and simultaneously controlled bi-directional channels. It has high-speed logic-level and voltage-level shifting capabilities to enhance system flexibility. The PCA9546ARGVR is designed to allow up to four I2C slaves to be connected and share a single port on an I2C bus. It provides up to 1.8V/3.3V voltage levels, with an I2C bus of up to 400kHz data rate. The PCA9546ARGVR is ideal for integration into microcontrollers, embedded systems, and network communication devices that need multiple I2C communication lines. It significantly reduces I2C bus wiring and the number of components, allowing a development team to quickly build their project in a cost-effective way.
