The Texas Instruments TPS3823-30DBVT Supervisors are reset ICs with high accuracy and precision which can be used in various applications. They feature an adjustable reset threshold voltage range of 1.275V to 30.5V and a typical accuracy of 5% reset threshold voltage tolerance. The reset threshold voltage is adjustable using an internal divider equation in order to provide more accurate reset threshold voltage from the user-defined nominal voltage level. These devices also provide power supply monitoring, temperature sensing, and under-voltage lockout that help to protect the applications from power-supply or system faults. They are available in tiny SOT-25A and TSOP-5A packages and are rated for an operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C. Applications for these devices include digital power supplies, system powering, and microcontroller reset in automotive, industrial, and consumer electronics.
