The UCC2801DTR is a 46kHz Step-Up, Step-Up/Step-Down Regulator Controller with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The device contains an integrated 8-SOIC transistor driver to meet the requirements of a Boost, Flyback, and Forward Converter in 7.4V to 12V range (VIN). The integrated safety features make device operability reliable and assists in preventing issues such as over voltage, current, load, and temperature cuts. The UCC electronics makes the device highly efficient and cost effective. In addition, the UCC2801DTR also contains special features such as output voltage sequencing and current limit setting for reliable and protected operation.
