Description

The STM8S105x4/6 access line 8-bit microcontrollers have Flash program memory ranging from 16 to 32 Kbytes, as well as an embedded real data EEPROM. The reference handbook for the STM8S microcontroller family (RM0016) refers to devices in this family as medium-density. All STM8S105x4/6 access line devices offer the following advantages: lower system cost, performance and resilience, short development cycles, and product longevity.

The system cost is decreased by an integrated real data EEPROM with up to 300,000 write/erase cycles and a high level of system integration with internal clock oscillators, watchdog, and brown-out reset.
