The 74HC1G14GV,125 is a high-speed Si-gate CMOS device that provides the inverting buffer function with Schmitt-trigger action. It is capable of transforming slowly changing input signals into sharply defined, jitter-free output signals. Unlike the 74HC/HCT14, the standard output currents are 1⁄2.
