Description

The SFH618A (DIP) and SFH6186 (SMD) are transistor output optocouplers that feature a high current transfer ratio, low coupling capacitance, and high isolation voltage. These couplers have a GaAs infrared diode emitter optically coupled to a silicon planar phototransistor detector, all incorporated in a plastic DIP-4 or SMD package. They are designed for signal transmission between two electrically separated circuits and can be stacked with 2.54 mm lead spacing. The option 6 allows for creepage and clearance distances of > 8 mm.
