Description
The ADM2481BRWZ is a differential bus transceiver digital isolator that enables bidirectional data communication on a balanced multipoint bus transmission line. It is compliant with the ISO 8482:1987(E) and ANSI EIA/TIA-485-A standards. The component integrates a 3-channel isolator, a differential input receiver, and a three-state differential line driver, all in one package. The device's logic side is powered by either 5V or 3V; on the other hand, the bus side is powered with one 5V supply exclusively. The ADM2481BRWZ uses iCoupler® technology that is designed by Analog Devices, Inc., a technology that guarantees galvanic isolation.
