Description
The LTC4210-3CS6 is a 6-pin SOT-23 Hot Swap controller designed for safely inserting and removing a board from a live backplane. It features an internal high side switch driver that controls the GATE of an external N-channel MOSFET. The supply voltage range is from 2.7V to 7V and the controller provides an adjustable rate for ramping up the GATE.
