Description

The CY7C63310-PXC is a low-cost Network Interface Card (NIC) integrated circuit that belongs to the CY7C63xxx family. This OTP microcontroller has a built-in 1.5-Mbps USB serial interface engine. The microcontroller has 35 instructions that are optimized for USB applications and 128 bytes of onboard RAM available incorporated into each of them. This product comes in 18-pin PDIP, 20-pin PDIP, 20-pin SOIC, and 24-pin SOIC packages and operates between 4.0V to 5.25VDC under the temperature range from 0 to 70 degree Celsius.
