Description
The MAX931CSA+ is a linear comparator belonging to the MAX931-MAX934 series. These are single, dual, and quad micropower, low-voltage comparators that feature ultra-low 4µA max quiescent current over the extended temperature range and include an internal 1.182V ±2% voltage reference, programmable hysteresis, and TTL/CMOS outputs that sink and source current. This device includes an on-board 2% accurate reference and is available in a space-saving µMAX package.
