Description
The A3283LLHLT-T is a Hall Effect Digital Sensor, which is an extremely temperature-stable and stress-resistant sensor IC. It is specifically designed for operation over extended temperature ranges up to +150°C. The sensor utilizes dynamic offset cancellation to reduce residual offset voltage caused by device overmolding, temperature dependencies, and thermal stress. The A3283LLHLT-T is virtually identical to the A3280 and A3281, with the only difference being the magnetic switch points.
