Description
LV8401V-MPB-E is a 2-channel forward/reverse motor driver IC that utilizes D-MOS FET for the output stage. It is designed with MOS circuitry to support PWM input. This driver IC offers low on-resistance (0.75Ω typ) and low current dissipation. It is equipped with protection functions such as a heat protection circuit and reduced voltage detection, making it suitable for high-current motors.
