Description

MRY106 is a monolithic IC with a built-in MR magnet resistive element and CMOS switch. It is a non-contact switch with low current consumption, high sensitivity, and reliability. It can detect a horizontal magnetic field parallel to the electrode of the package, regardless of polarity (N pole ⇔ S pole).
