Description

The uPC8130TA and uPC8131TA are silicon monolithic integrated circuits designed as variable gain amplifiers. With an operational frequency range of 800 MHz to 1.5 GHz, these ICs are suitable for the RF transmitter AGC stage of digital cellular telephones. These ICs have lower distortion compared to conventional uPC8119T and uPC8120T, allowing for an input level of -15 dBm. The ICs are available in two types of gain control, allowing for flexible system design. With a 3V supply voltage and a minimold package, they contribute to lower voltage, decreased space, and fewer components in your system.
