Description
The MAX2538ETI-B6A is a single- and multi-band LNA/mixer IC optimized for CDMA, GSM, and TDMA applications in both cellular and PCS bands. It is designed for use in cellular phones, specifically in triple-band, quadruple-mode PCS/cellular handsets, single-band handsets, and GSM/TDMA cellular phones. It features a GPS LNA/mixer signal path for E911 and traveler assistance applications. The MAX2538ETI-B6A eliminates up to 35 external components, has low LNA noise figures, and requires no external GPS VCO or interstage GPS SAW filter. It has a small 28-pin QFN package measuring 5mm x 5mm.
