The ACPM-7381-0R1 is a surface mount IC chip from the Wide-band Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA) Power Amplifier series. The module is designed for WCDMA handset applications, providing a fully matched 10-pin surface mount module developed for the 1920-1980MHz bandwidth. This series meets all the necessary linearity requirements for up to 28dBm output power. The ACPM-7381-0R1 is RoHS-compliant.
