Description
The MB3793-27APNF is an integrated circuit that serves as a power voltage monitor and watchdog timer. It is designed to provide a reset signal when the power is cut or falls abruptly. It also features a power-on reset signal to microprocessor units (MPUs) once the power recovers normally after resetting. With its internal dual-input watchdog timer, it can provide a fall-safe function for various application systems. Additionally, it has a mask option that allows for voltage detection ranging from 4.9 to 2.4 V in 0.1-V steps.
