TLP701F - an Isolator Gate Driver for Industrial Inverters

The TLP701F is an isolator gate driver unit suitable for driving IGBTs or power MOSFETs in industrial inverters. It is a 6-lead SDIP package that contains an integrated photodetector and GaAℓAs light-emitting diode.
