Description
The L9700S is a high-performance monolithic circuit designed for input protection and voltage clamping purposes. It consists of six independent channels, each equipped with a fast feedback mechanism and a vertical PNP-transistor with an isolated collector. This design enables the L9700S to achieve very fast clamping speeds while maintaining low quiescent and input leakage currents. The operating voltage range for this component is 4.75 - 5.25V.
