Description
The HMC497LP4ETR is a low noise high linearity Direct Quadrature Modulator RFIC that is ideal for digital modulation applications ranging from 100 - 4000 MHz. It is commonly used in Cellular/3G, Broadband Wireless Access, and ISM circuits. The RFIC is housed in a compact 4x4 mm (LP4) SMT QFN package, requiring minimal external components and providing a cost-effective alternative to more complicated double upconversion architectures. The RF output port is single-ended and matched to 50 Ohms with no external components required.
