Description

The Electronic Component Model 1042BE is a multichannel, 10-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) and quad, 10-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC) integrated in a single IC. It also includes a temperature sensor and configurable general-purpose I/O ports (GPIOs) with a 25MHz SPI-/QSPI-/MICROWIRE-compatible serial interface. This model is available in 4 or 8 input-channel versions, and the ADC has a conversion rate of 300ksps. With programmable reference modes for the ADC and DAC, users can choose between internal, external, or combination references. The integrated quad DACs have low glitch energy and low digital feedthrough, making them ideal for digital control of fast response closed-loop systems.
