Description

The AS1116-BQFT is a compact LED driver for 64 single LEDs or 8 digits of 7-segments. It can be programmed via an SPI compatible 3-wire interface. The device features a 10MHz SPI-compatible interface and open/shorted LED error detection. It supports both hexadecimal and BCD code for 7-segment displays. Additionally, it has a low-power shutdown current of 200nA and individual digit brightness control. The AS1116-BQFT is designed to drive common-cathode LED displays and operates within a supply voltage range of 2.7 to 5.5V. The package options include QSOP-24 and TQFN(4x4)-24.
