Description

Maxwell Technologies’ PFB2086N is a high density 1 Megabit One-time Programmable Electrically Programmable Read Only Memory (EPROM) microcircuit. It is designed to tolerate total doses greater than 100 krad (Si), making it suitable for use in space missions. The PFB2086N offers fast address times and low power dissipation. It also features high-speed programming using page programming mode. This component is compatible with JEDEC-Standard Byte-Wide EPROM pinouts, allowing for easy socket replacement with Flash Memory and Mask ROMs.
