The SP805LEN is a microprocessor (µP) supervisory IC that integrates various components involved in discrete solutions to monitor power supply and battery-control functions in µP and digital systems. It is a voltage monitoring circuit that triggers a reset if the monitored supply voltage drops below a specified level.
