Description

The AT49BV040-70TI is a 3-volt only, 4-megabit Flash memory chip. It is organized as 524,288 words of 8-bits each. Manufactured with Atmel’s advanced nonvolatile CMOS technology, the device offers fast access times of 70 ns with low power dissipation of just 90 mW over the commercial temperature range. The CMOS standby current is less than 50 µA when the device is deselected. It also has a user-enabled "boot block" protection feature, with the boot block located at the lowest order addresses ("bottom boot").
