The LUPXA255A0C400 is a microprocessor image sensor designed to achieve a frame rate of 450 frames/sec at full resolution with a 1280 by 1024 CMOS pixel array. It is an active pixel sensor with synchronous shutter and uses a 3-wire Serial-Parallel (SPI) interface housed in a 145-pin ceramic PGA package.
