Description
NPN Silicon Germanium RF Transistor, with high gain low noise characteristics, designed for a wide range of wireless applications. It is ideal for CDMA and WLAN applications. This transistor has outstanding noise figure of F = 0.65 dB at 1.8 GHz and F = 1.2 dB at 6 GHz. It also has high maximum stable gain (Gms = 24 dB at 1.8 GHz) and is built with 70 GHz fT-Silicon Germanium technology. The transistor is made with gold metallization for extra high reliability and is Pb-free (RoHS compliant) package1). It is qualified according to AEC Q101 standards.
