The MIC5891YWM is a bipolar power distribution switch and load driver from
Microchip. It is designed to provide a low-cost, low-power solution for
driving loads up to 500mA. The device is available in a 16-pin SOIC package
and is rated for operation over a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C (TA).
