The Texas Instruments Power Over Ethernet (PoE) Controllers LM5073MHX are designed for robust, reliable and energy-efficient PoE applications. It combines maximum power output with a broad input voltage range from 9 V to 70 V to support various power sources including DC/DC converters, AC/DC transformers, and batteries. It is capable of delivering up to 12.95 watts of power, with an operating temperature range from -40 °C to 125 °C. The LM5073MHX features 14-HTSSOP (HeatSinkSOP) Controller (PD) that meets the PoE 802.3af standard, providing up to 2 mA of output current. With its optimized power dissipation and high efficiency metrological architecture, it makes the LM5073MHX an ideal choice for industrial, consumer, and automotive power applications.
