The Texas Instruments LM119H is a high-performance, low-power, 8-bit A/D converter with integrated voltage referencer. The device features temperature coefficient to 0.2 PPM/°C over the range 0°C to 70°C, and its fast acquisition time of 10 μs allows users to maximize the throughput of their data acquisition systems. The LM119H offers both integrated and external reference options with a wide operating input range of 3.5 V to 5 V, making it suitable for a variety of different applications. Its built-in power-down capability and low quiescent current of typically 100 μA make it an ideal choice for battery-powered applications. The integrated reference also provides a high accuracy reference of typically 0.002%. The device supports both parallel and serial communication protocols and is packaged in an 8-pin SOIC package.
