The Texas Instruments TPS54615PWPR DC Switching Regulator is a 6A 350kHz/550kHz step-down surface mount 2.5V fixed 28-HTSSOP buck regulator. It is designed for space-constrained and cost-efficient applications. It offers high current output, high efficiency and excellent line/load regulation. Its operating temperature range is from -40°C to +125°C. Moreover, it features short-circuit protection, thermal protection and current limit protection. Equipped with a digital soft-start and enabling/disabling capability, the TPS54615PWPR is an excellent choice for applications such as portable and mobile power supplies, industrial and telecommunications systems.
