The Texas Instruments LM2673S-5.0 is a low-dropout (LDO) voltage regulator that offers high power supply rejection ratio and low noise performance. It provides an output voltage of 5V with an output current of up to 1A. The LM2673S-5.0 features a wide input voltage range of 6V to 20V, adjustable current output of up to 1A and a peak output current of 3A. It also features a low quiescent current of 27uA and a low dropout voltage of only 300mV. The device also has built-in protection features like overload protection and thermal shutdown. The LM2673S-5.0 is ideal for applications such as display and LED illumination, industrial systems, automotive applications and notebook computers.
