FQP13N10 Description
The FQP13N10 is a 100V N-channel QFET® enhancement mode. Power MOSFETs are manufactured utilizing planar stripe and DMOS technologies. This sophisticated MOSFET technology has been specifically designed to lower on-state resistance while still providing improved switching performance and strong avalanche energy strength. This product is intended for general use and is suited for a wide range of applications.
