STM32F103VET6 Description
The STM32F103VET6 is a 32-bit high-density performance line Microcontroller Unit that includes three 12-bit ADCs, four general-purpose 16-bit timers, and two PWM timers, as well as standard and advanced communication interfaces that include up to two I2Cs, three SPIs and two I2Ss, one SDIO, five USARTs, and a USB and a CAN. It includes the high-performance ARM® Cortex®-M3 32bit RISC CPU running at 72MHz, high-speed embedded memory, and a wide range of upgraded I/Os and peripherals connected to two APB buses. The 512kB flash memory is available on the 100-pin general-purpose microcontroller unit (MCU).
