The IRF5810 MOSFET 2.9A 2 P-Channel (Dual) Surface Mount SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 960mW HEXFET® 20V from Infineon is a high-performance, low-power FET array designed for use in a variety of applications. This device features a low on-resistance of 2.9A and a maximum drain-source voltage of 20V. It is also designed with a low gate-source voltage of -2V and a maximum power dissipation of 960mW. The IRF5810 is a dual-channel device, allowing for two independent channels of operation. It is also designed with a low thermal resistance of 0.5°C/W, making it ideal for use in high-temperature applications. The device is available in a small SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package, making it suitable for use in space-constrained applications.
