DESCRIPTION
The SCE574x is a four digit, dot addressable 5 x 7 dot matrix, serial input,
alphanumeric Intelligent Display device. The four digits are packaged in a
rugged, high quality, optically transparent, plastic 14 pin DIP with 2.54 mm
(0.1") pin spacing.
The SCE574xP is a SIP version of SCE574x. The SCE574xQ is also a SIP version
of the SCE574x but the leads are at right angles to the package so that the
part can be mounted vertically. The SIP version parts have only 7 pins. The
SIP parts do not have the option of using an external clock. All the
electrical descriptions for the SCE574x apply to the SIP versions except the
allusions to the external clock.
