The STMicroelectronics STCC2540IQTR is an N-channel power distribution switch that integrates a USB charger controller, a wideband data switch, and a high- current power supply.The STCC2540IQTR is fail-safe with Over Voltage, Reverse Current, UVLO, and it has an Operating temperature range is from -40°C to 125°C.
