The Texas Instruments TPS2384PAP is a 6 Amp Quad High-Side Switch with integrated MOSFETs and protection features. This device is designed to function as a 4- or 8-channel configurable power switch. It has four low-side and four high-side outputs that can be independently controlled. It is ideal for switching applications that require high current, high-side drive and flexibility to configure its functionality. The TPS2384PAP has notable features such as: • Integrated MOSFETs for efficient power switching in high voltage applications • Robust design for up to 6A RMS • Unique system flexibility - configurable 4- or 8-channel operation • Over-temperature, over- voltage and under-voltage protection • Built-in short-circuit protection • Low switching ON resistance • Patented high-side driver • Low quiescent current of 10 μA
