BQ4015MA-70 Description
The BQ4015MA-70 is a non-volatile static RAM whose reliable non-volatile properties are provided by integrated control circuits and lithium energy. The BQ4015MA-70 uses CMOS SRAM with very low standby current. It does not require any external circuitry and is compatible with industry standard SRAMS and most EEPRMSS and EEPROM sockets.
