Description :
The Intersil ISL5314INZ is a Direct Digital Synthesis (DDS) device that is
designed to generate high-frequency, low-noise, and low-jitter signals. It is
a surface-mount device that operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C
and is packaged in a 48-TQFP (7x7) 48-pin package. It is powered by a 3 V to
5.5 V, 4.5 V to 5.5 V supply voltage.
