The NB7V33M is a differential 4-way clock divider with asynchronous reset. The differential clock input includes an internal 50 Ω termination resistor and accepts LVPECL, CML, and LVDS logic levels. the NB7V33M generates a 4-division output copy of the input clock that operates at speeds up to 10 GHz with minimal jitter. The reset pin is active on the rising edge. Upon power-up, the internal flip-flop will enter a random state. Reset allows multiple NB7V33Ms in a system to be synchronized. 16mA differential CML outputs provide matched internal 50 Ω termination, which provides 400mV output swing when an external receiver is terminated at 50 Ω to VCC. the NB7V33M is a 4-division version of the NB7V32M (2-division) in a thin 3mm x 3mm 16-pin QFN package. The NB7V33M is part of the GigaComm high-performance clock product family.
