The Texas Instruments TPS2045ADR power switch IC is suitable for applications where heavy capacitive loads and short circuits may be encountered. Used in an 8-pin, lead-free, compact-size SOIC, the TPS2045ADR has a maximum on- resistance of 100 mOhms.
