The Texas Instruments TPS73601QDBVRQ1 linear voltage regulator offers an adjustable positive output of 400mA over a wide temperature range from -40°C to 125°C. This regulator is designed for adjustable operation with automotive AEC-Q100 grade components for an operating temperature range of −40°C to 125°C. It has a very low dropout voltage and a maximum of 0.5V at 400mA, enabling superior dynamic performance over a wide input voltage range. This linear voltage regulator utilizes a SOT-23-5 surface-mount package which offers excellent thermal management in a very small form factor. The TPS73601QDBVRQ1 is the perfect choice for automotive applications requiring the highest level of efficiency and stability.
