Description
The VN05N is a monolithic device built with STMicroelectronics VIPower technology that is designed to drive resistive or inductive loads with one side grounded. Thermal shutdown prevents the chip from overheating and short circuiting. The input control is compatible with 5V logic levels. The open drain diagnostic output shows the presence of an open circuit (no load) and overheating.
