The Texas Instruments UCC27533DBVR is an integrated circuit (IC) ideal for low power and high voltage applications. It is a single channel, bidirectional control switch providing efficient pulse width modulated (PWM) control for managing switch power at high and low voltages. The device is ideal for motor control and lighting applications. It can withstand temperatures up to 155°C and its wide VCC voltage range of 4.5V to 36V makes it suitable for integrating into a variety of designs. It also includes an adjustable frequency oscillator for fine-tuning switching frequencies and providing a synchronous buck regulator. The integrated reporting features, such as overvoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature and undervoltage, provide comprehensive fault protection and system diagnostics. The package comes in a 3mm × 3mm DFN and SOIC-14, making it easy to integrate into a wide range of applications.
