The Texas Instruments CD74HCT00M96 is a high-speed CMOS logic quadruple 2-input NAND gate integrated circuit. This device is designed for use in applications requiring high noise immunity and low power consumption. It features low propagation delay times and a wide operating voltage range. The CD74HCT00M96 is an ideal choice for high-speed multiplexing, switching and level conversion applications. The device contains four independent 2-input NAND gates with built-in pull-up resistors. The gates are designed to perform the Boolean function Y = A • B or Y = A + B in positive logic. The device is comprised of eight gates, each with its own independent inputs, outputs and associated power supply pins. The outputs are capable of driving 10 LS-TTL loads and can be connected directly to other gates. With an orderable part number in the Texas Instruments Broad Output Logic family, the device offers improved performance and ease of use.
