The IRF2804SPBF is a single channel, N-Channel MOSFET from International Rectifier. This device is designed for use in high power applications, such as motor control, power conversion, and power switching. It features a maximum drain current of 280 A, a maximum drain-source voltage of 40 V, and a maximum power dissipation of 330 W. The device is housed in a TO-252-3 package and is rated for operation from -55°C to +150°C. This device is ideal for applications requiring high power and high efficiency. It is also RoHS compliant and lead-free.
