The STM8S003F3P6 is an 8-bit value line microcontroller with 8 Kbytes of Flash program memory and an inbuilt true data EEPROM. The 8-bit STM8S003F3 value line microcontrollers have 8 Kbytes of Flash program memory and an inbuilt true data EEPROM. In the STM8S microcontroller family reference handbook, they are referred to as low-density devices (RM0016). The STM8S003F3 value line devices offer the following advantages: high performance, ruggedness, and cheap system cost.
