The THS4631DR is a high-speed, low-power, single-supply rail-to-rail output buffer from Texas Instruments. This device is designed to provide high-level of accuracy and low output impedance to ensure optimal signal transmission in digital audio applications. The THS4631DR offers an input range of 10V, rail- to-rail output swing and output current of 75mA. With its low propagation delay of 27ns, it ensures high-level accuracy and reduced distortion of the audio signal. The THS4631DR comes with ESD protection of 2000V and can operate within extended temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, making it suitable for use in environments with elevated temperatures and harsh environmental conditions. With its up to 5MHz slew rate, THS4631DR is capable of providing output current of up to 75mA. The THS4631DR also features integrated short-circuit protection and thermal shutdown protection. It is available in a 5-pin SC70 package and is designed for use with a single supply voltage of 4.5V to 10.8V.
